Q: How do I register for the webshop?
A: This webshop is for registered trade customers of Vivanco UK Ltd. To register, please contact our sales team by phone (01582 578720) or at sales@vivanco.co.uk.

 

Q: How do I get billed or how do I pay?
A: As a trade customer of Vivanco UK, you will be invoiced as per your trade account terms and conditions.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Two day delivery* from dispatch for orders placed before 4pm Monday-Thursday, 3.30pm Friday (within mainland UK, except Scotland).
Two to four day delivery* from dispatch for orders placed before 4pm Monday-Thursday, 3.30pm Friday (Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the Channel Islands).

 

Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: Orders below £100 (exc VAT) will incur an £8 delivery charge.
Order exceeding £100 (exc VAT) include free delivery. Other delivery charges may apply depending on your delivery requirements.

 

Q: How do returns work?
A: Only damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered goods may be returned. Returned items may be replaced or credited at the discretion of Vivanco UK Ltd. Handling charges may apply.
